Patrick is addicted to Jet and has accrued a significant debt with Wolfgang who has been providing him with the drug.[1]

Effects of player's actions[]
- Patrick's only major interaction with the player character outside of dialogue is during the mission Order Up. If the Sole Survivor chooses to assist Trudy and Patrick in fighting Wolfgang, he will fight alongside the Sole Survivor.
- If the player character sided with Trudy to kill Wolfgang, and talks with Patrick, he can be heard talking about how he will never do Jet again.

Notes[]
Patrick, if alive, will just sit on the ground and remain there indefinitely. Usually, the only time he will ever get up is to fight against Wolfgang. However, if the Sole Survivor has Dogmeat as a companion, he will occasionally get up and even walk outside the diner to comment about the dog, then go back to sitting on the floor inside.
