This note can be found in the back parking lot of Hocking Hills Station, on top of a makeshift table by a pond.

Owen's caterwauling about starvation. Again. Hand-wringing about Wasteland raids that turn up nothing to eat. If the folks they were shaking down had food, then why do they look like skin and bones?
Owen doesn't think. None of them do. Where the others see a parking lot, I see self-sufficiency. It won't happen overnight. I know that. I'm not insane. We need to dig out the area around the ruptured pipe. So, we need tools. (Super-Duper Mart?)
Then what we need to do is round up the strongest fish we can find and dump them in the parking lot.
Soon, a hardy stock will emerge. One born for the parking lot life.
