Panthers are creatures found in the Nursery Repository in 2253. A panther is also mentioned as being an inhabitant of Vault 43, as part of that vault’s experiment.

Characteristics

These big black cats probably have a higher Sneak skill than you do. Why they're included in the stocks of animals that Vault 29 had available is anyone's guess.^{[citation needed]}

Appearances

Panthers were to appear in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios. A panther is also featured in the Penny Arcade comic "One Man, and a Crate of Puppets".
