Both notes appear only as part of the quest Unsolved: Tracking Terror.
- "Page from Dr. Frank's journal" is located at Site Alpha, in the dirt beside the lake.
- The "last page from Dr. Frank's journal" is located upstream following the river near Site Alpha, on a pile of bones. It cannot be taken.
