Packard is one of Eldridge's three dogs, living in a back room in his house.[1]
Background
Packard, Buck, and Missy guard the entrance to the basement of New Reno Arms. If the Chosen One breaks into the store at night, Eldridge and his dogs will be hostile. They also keep him awake at all hours of the night.

Packard appears only in Fallout 2.
