The pack of marked cards is a miscellaneous item in Fallout 2.

It was originally planned that the Chosen One could plant a pack of marked cards on Three-Card Monte to always win against him in the "Find the lady" card shuffle game of the same name "Three-Card Monte." However, since the character was cut from the game before the release, this item has no practical use.

Despite the text description that every card in the set is a red queen, the sprite displays a black ace and spade card, with only a singular red queen being seen.
