PV is a harborman who was a member of a group scouting the Children of Atom for in 2287.
Background[]
Working with Allen Lee and Machete Mike, PV concluded several points about the Children of Atom through their scouting: one, that there were a lot more heavily armed Children on the Island than they previously thought; two, that more were arriving regularly; and three, that even if Captain Avery would sign off on open warfare, casualties would mount very quickly. Of all the members in the scouting party, only Mike was willing to go through with the attack.[1]
