Overdrive addiction is a form of addiction which can occur in Fallout 4 and Fallout 76.

When consuming the chem Overdrive, each dose has a 35% chance to cause an addiction. Upon becoming addicted, the player character suffers a penalty of -1 Agility and Strength. The addiction can be cured by visiting a doctor, taking addictol, eating a radscorpion egg omelette or drinking a refreshing beverage.
