Overdrive is a consumable item in Fallout 4.
Characteristics
Overdrive is a syringe with two vials attached to it. It enhances the user's damage output by 25% and also grants the user a 25% critical hit chance per attack. Taking this chem is the only way to critically hit outside of V.A.T.S. or without a full critical meter. These extra critical hits also do not empty the critical meter as is the case with "normal" critical hits.
