The outfit workshop is a room that can be built with Fallout Shelter update 1.4

Overview[]

The outfit workshop is a crafting room that unlocks at a vault population of 32 dwellers. Like the weapon workshop, the outfit workshop is placed as one room that takes up three room spaces.

To increase the speed at which an outfit is produced, place dwellers with the corresponding SPECIAL trait in this room.

Production time[]

Production time for outfits are based on the rarity of the outfit and the combined SPECIAL lvl for the SPECIAL stat needed for the outfit recipe. For Legendary outfits the cost plays a role for the production time as well. Giving +3, +5, or +7 outfits to your dwellers can significantly reduce production times. The reductions in times in the table below are linear - each SPECIAL point added that applies to the outfit gives an approximately 1% reduction in time (a +7 outfit would give ~7% reduction).
