Out of order is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part one, Boardwalk Paradise.

Location[]

The note is supposed to appear at the Neapolitan Casino, during the Expedition quest Tax Evasion. However, it is unclear if the note is properly implemented in-game.^{[verification needed]}
