This house is situated on the southern shore of a pond. The cottage is filled with aggressive trappers.

The old pond house is a two-story building with a cooking station in front. The first floor consists of a living room, kitchen, dining area, office, and laundry room. The second floor consists of a bathroom and bedroom. A bed and a Novice-locked safe can be found in the bedroom. The stairs up from the second floor lead to what remains of the attic.
