Old Reliable is a unique lever-action rifle that fires two projectiles at once due to it bearing the Two Shot legendary effect. When fired, both bullets will travel as one projectile, so there's no need to worry about one bullet hitting and the other missing. When fully upgraded and used with relevant perks, the weapon can deal over 200 damage per shot. When combined with sneak attack bonuses and perks it can deal over 700 damage per shot.
