The tape can be found at Van Lowe Taxidermy, next to some boxes in Calvin's bedroom on the third floor, obtainable during Lying Lowe.

Calvin van Lowe: Note to, uh, self. Calvin. Keep it together. I have... I mean, "You" have a real job to do. You can't be distracted by your academic pursuits-- no, no, "fantasies." This is too important. (sigh) But if you're listening to this, it means you're slipping. So, repeat after me: the Sheepsquatch isn't real. The Sheepsquatch... isn't real....
