Note to Darla is a paper note in Fallout 76.

The note can be found at Anchor farm, inside the front door frame, it requires positioning the cursor on the note to pick it up.

Prior to the Wastelanders update, the note could be found at Anchor farm, pinned on the wall beside the door. Although the note still exists, clipping through the front door frame, and is obtainable as of the Steel Reign update.
