The notes are a series of four paper notes in the Fallout 4 add-on Far Harbor.
Locations
All four notes can be found inside The Last Plank. Notes 1 and 3 are upstairs, in the trashcan and on the desk, while notes 2 and 4 are on the ground floor under the cash register.
