Newt Morton is one of the four Morton brothers. He is leader of a small gang and can be encountered via a random attack during world travel after completing the quest Kill Frog Morton.

He's the second brother to be found and is the most dangerous of his brothers with the light support weapon. Newt Morton's gang is composed of four people:
- Tough thug (68 HP) - .223 pistol
- Big Gun thug (60 HP) - Flamer
- Gun thug (50 HP) - City-Killer combat shotgun
- Agile thug (45 HP) - 14mm pistol
