Newt is one of the four Morton brothers and can be randomly encountered during world travel after completing the quest Kill Frog Morton.

He's the second brother to be found and is the most dangerous of his brothers with the light support weapon. Newt Morton's gang is composed of four people:

- Big Gun thug (60 HP) - Flamer

- Agile thug (45 HP) - 14mm pistol
