New family, new army is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Skyline Valley update. It was written by Alex Guerra.
Location[]
The note can be found at Old Crimora Mines, in the upper levels, across the bridge to the east. It is on a crate by a campfire, just past where Adept Scarlet sits.

It all started while chatting with some fellas in the crew I was running with.
None of us were really feeling the Raider lifestyle, so we broke out some drinks, got to talking about the past. About the park. Apparently, they used to have homes down here, a few years before the bombs fell. They told me about who stole it all from them. Left them all for dead.
None other than the man himself: Stolz.
We started scheming right there. One guy said he used to be in with this group of cultists. Said they were damn near unstoppable if they had a goal. We just needed to figure out what kind of flame would draw in their Mothy gaze... Because they believe in a giant holy moth - I didn't mention that yet.
Going to loot the local bookstore. See if I can read up a bit on this local legend. My new buddy thinks I've got a way with words, that I might be able to convince them that I'm some sort of heaven-sent prophet.
I know the light at the end of my tunnel: Turning that damn mansion into Hugo's funeral pyre, and Audrey's bright beaming face as I rescue her.
Now I just need them to follow me there. Praise the moth guy!
