Nephre Hyland is a medical officer of Bunker Delta. She has an assistant, Blythe, who dislikes her very much. She is the source of medical equipment for the Warrior in this bunker, and later in Bunker Epsilon.
When arriving there, Hyland is tired. She has been working long hours to deal with the crisis situation with the Reavers.
