Hightower's necklace is a Fallout quest item. Loxley will make the Vault Dweller a member of the Thieves' Guild provided he retrieve this item from the strongbox in Daren Hightower's house in the Heights district of the Hub.
Fallout 2
- Mrs. Bishop's necklace can be found in the safe in her room in the Shark Club's penthouse.
Would have been found in the top left locker on sub level blue of the Environmental Protection Agency.
