The base commander is the commanding officer of Camp Navarro in 2241.
Background
Very little is known about the commander, as the Chosen One was not given the opportunity to speak to him in great detail due to his attitude and other duties he must attend to. The base commander has the tanker FOB stored in his locker.
He was still in command of Navarro during the NCR-Enclave War as the Enclave's leading commandant at the forward base, although it remains unknown why he and his contingent were seemingly forgotten by Autumn Senior's relocation of the rest of the Enclave to the East Coast.

- The base commander challenges the Chosen One to show papers authorizing him to be at Navarro as he does not recognize him. The Chosen One may also pass a Speech check with the guard outside his office under the guise of performing cleaning duties in order to gain access to his office.
