Nathan was the warden for the NCR Correctional Facility in 2281.
Background
Nathan, as the warden, was in charge of building and fixing the rail lines around the area. Before the NCRCF Uprising, he was in the process of transferring his prison guards to Hoover Dam, after receiving orders from General Lee Oliver to do so. Due to the lessened number of guards, dealing with the prisoners became such a problem that Nathan asked his friend James Hsu to report a complaint on his behalf to the NCR Command and request more troops to guard the prison. Before any action could be taken, however, he was killed in the NCRCF Uprising, a prisoner riot started by Samuel Cooke.
