Perlman's narration includes the series-wide quote, "War... War never changes." In Fallout 4, the narrative voices are provided by the Sole Survivor's male and female voice actors, Brian T. Delaney (intro and male character endings) and Courtenay Taylor (female character endings only). Perlman instead portrays the newscaster in Fallout 4.
