On 2077-10-21 at approximately 14:30 HRS, this officer, accompanied by Building Inspector Sarah Cheng (City Planning Department) and Utilities Technician Mark Johnson (Public Works Department), executed a pre-approved inspection warrant at the aforementioned address following multiple complaints regarding suspicious noises and ground vibrations emanating from the property. The property owner and alleged perpetrator, Greggor McKenzie, was present and uncooperative upon arrival.

Multiple Photographs depicting the excavated tunnel, exposed sewer lateral, tools found on site, compromised basement foundation, and overall property condition.
