NCR slaves are slaves in Vortis' holding center in 2241.
Background[]
The slaves are miserable wretches of human beings[1] and the slaves of Vortis. Some are hopefully waiting for their freedom, but other slaves appear to have developed a liking for the slavers as they get meals everyday and a kind mistress in return for their freedom.[2]
