Myrna is a Diamond City vendor. She and her robot assistant Percy (Fallout 4) run the Diamond City Surplus trade shack.
Background
Myrna is a trader situated in Diamond City. She suffers from a lot of Synth paranoia and initially asks the player if they are a Synth or Human. After the player confirms they are human, trading can be accessed.
