My Brothers' Keeper is an overseer quest and the third part of the Power Struggle multistage questline in Fallout Shelter.
Walkthrough[]
After entering the Brotherhood base, one will encounter three Brotherhood paladins and a BOS scribe who will greet the player's dwellers.
After proceeding further into the base, the dwellers will encounter two Brotherhood paladins that ask whether they can defeat a deathclaw that has escaped their base. If one says yes, they provide sturdy combat armor, but the dwellers will have to fight a deathclaw later on.
After talking to the paladins, the dwellers will encounter a raider boss wearing sturdy metal armor and carrying a missile launcher, and three raiders that have rare gear and weapons. They can be convinced to either give the player's dwellers a tuned laser rifle in order to leave them be, or kill them to get a missile launcher.
After dealing with the raiders, one will encounter a Brotherhood scribe that tells the dwellers not to touch anything.
In the next room, the dwellers will meet Maximus, who will leave to join the player's Vault after talking.
After meeting Maximus, the player's dwellers can explore other rooms for loot before returning to the Vault.

Behind the scenes[]
The quest's name comes from the Biblical story of Cain and Abel in which, after murdering his brother, Cain is asked by God the whereabouts of Abel. Cain replies, "I know not. Am I my brother's keeper?" The quest name pluralizes "brothers," in reference to the Brotherhood of Steel.
