Sergei, I don't know what you think you heard, or who you think you heard it from, but we are not, I repeat, not conducting experiments on overcoming pain threshold tolerance. And, look, even if we were, which we aren't, it wouldn't be torture. It'd be... "improved interrogation." This is America, for Christ's sake!
