Mothman Museum is an unmarked location in the town of Point Pleasant in the Forest region of Appalachia in 2102.

Layout

Entrance is via two locked doors (level 1) at the front or a locked door (level 0) at the rear.

The first floor consists of the main museum area with various Mothman posters on the walls, display cabinets with various junk items and a serving desk. Notable is a miniature statue of the Mothman (fixed, not possible to interact with it) in one of the front window display cabinets.

At the back of the room is a locked (level 2) restroom door. This can be unlocked with the Bathroon Key located in the house (on a desk to the right when entering) behind Wilson Brother's Auto Repair. A set of the keys are also available once the door is opened on a wash basin to the right. This allows entry behind a wooden screen on the left down some candlelit stairs to the basement.

The basement was a store room but a hole has been knocked though a partition wall into a hidden shrine to the Mothman. Mothman cult statues are dotted around the drape covered walls, with a carpeted central isle and church pews either side. Candle lit alters at each end and a wooden lectern with two readable sermons on it at the main end. Another hole in the wall leads to a small room with an armchair, I.V. drip, wheel chair and a level 3 safe next to which some Ritual bindings can be found.

Stairs lead up the the second floor which comprises an small partitioned office, store cupboard, a Tinker's workbench, general storage space and the back door at the rear.
