Mother's last note is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Skyline Valley update.
Location[]
The note can be found near the Slumber Mill Motel. While looking at the motel, drop off the side of the bridge to the east and follow the river to a stroller near the waterfall. The remains of the note's author can also be found under the bridge at the Slumber Mill Motel.
