The modified baseball grenade is an ammunition type in the Fallout 4 Creation Club content "Makeshift Weapon Pack" and included in the next-gen update.

Characteristics

The baseball launcher was originally intended to have an explosive receiver modification that could be equipped to make it capable of firing explosive baseballs that deal more damage than the standard modified baseball. While the explosive receiver and its associated ammo remain in the game files, they are disabled and can only be obtained via console commands.
