Gametitle-VB.pngThe following is based on Van Buren and has not been confirmed by canon sources.

Mitch Stiller is the Police captain of Hoover Dam in 2253 and is stationed in Downtown.

Background[edit | edit source]

Stiller was born in 2219. He's a fair man who tries to come across as tough, but everyone really knows he's mostly talk and pomp. When the going gets tough, he will step in, but it is obvious he is not quite as skilled as he thinks he is. It's a good thing Mitch has back-up, or situations would most certainly turn for the worse.[1] Perhaps this is why he and his officers have a looser attitude towards the goings on in the Downtown area. They don't appear to give a hoot about drug use or the prostitution at Dusty's Desires, just so long as no one hurts anyone else. For Mitch, his job is to make sure violence does not break out and everyone keeps their weapons holstered. Stealing is also frowned upon, but the locals deal will often resolve this issue themselves.[2]

Help Beatrice in a bar fight

Quests[edit | edit source]

Help Beatrice in a bar fight: During a bar fight, three individuals with cattle prods and a super sledge will try to get the best of Beatrice, a super mutant. The fight will not go very well for Beatrice, so the Prisoner will have the option to jump in and help her. Once Beatrice reaches 10% of her total HP, Mitch and his posse will come in and break things up (shoot the bad guys).[3]

Effect's of the player's actions[edit | edit source]

Mitch's lax approach to the prostitution at Dusty's can lead to a violent conflict between the trogs and Downtown if Billy-Bob finds out Mary-Joe is involved.[4]

Appearances[edit | edit source]

Mitch Stiller was to appear only in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios.
