Mister Sandman is an Agility-based perk in Fallout 76.
Effects[]
Increases the damage dealt by sneak attacks during the night on any weapon equipped with a suppressor. Additionally, the bow, compound bow and crossbow are all considered silenced by default.

While the description suggests it works with any silenced weapon, it will only work on ranged weapons.[verified]- Before patch 1.6.4.60, the benefit of this perk varied based on its equip position relative to Covert Operative.[verified]
