Background[]
Two of these vehicles appear in the intro cinematic of Fallout 4. No missile carriers are actually found in the Commonwealth by 2287.

The design of the missile carrier may have been inspired by the M727, a variant of the M113 APC equipped with the MIM-23 missile.
