The milk bottle is a miscellaneous item found in Fallout 3.
Characteristics[]
They are of little value outside use as Rock-It Launcher ammunition. Milk cannot be consumed in the game and all bottles found are either empty or the milk inside has completely solidified.
Locations[]
Milk bottles can be found in numerous places in the Capital Wasteland, particularly in houses, or they can be purchased from merchants.
- 34 in the Super-Duper Mart.
- 33 in Rivet City's broken bow.
- 25 in Anacostia Crossing Station .
- 25 in Vault 106's living quarters.
- Just south of Tenpenny Tower towards Warrington station is a small shop where milk bottles can be found.
Notes[]
- A substantial stack of bottles can be found in Allistair Tenpenny's personal suite, a likely reference to the eccentric behavior of millionaire Howard Hughes, who subsisted in self-imposed seclusion solely on chocolate bars and milk in the later stages of his life.
- In the mobile base crawler from Broken Steel, a set of ten mini jugs can be found between two desks along with a garden gnome posed with the ten jugs as bowling pins and a 4-ball as the bowling ball.
- In many instances in Fallout 3, the milk jugs appear in crates much like the milk that was delivered post-WWII, around the time of the Divergence.
