Michael "Mike" Rosson is an actor and musician who voiced various characters in Fallout 3 (including all male ghouls), as well as its add-ons The Pitt and Broken Steel. In Fallout 4, he voiced the Radio Freedom announcer and a male Vault-Tec staff member.
