Please. Water... help me...

Micky is the water begging vagrant staying just outside Megaton in Fallout 3.

Background

Driven slightly demented by lack of sustenance, and fearful of his life after a narrow escape from the raider gang holed up in the Springvale elementary school, Micky made it to the entrance to Megaton by late 2277 and began begging for water. Specifically purified water, as he is so sickly that he cannot drink irradiated water any more without vomiting.[1][2] Megaton, however, only gives water to its residents, or those that can pay for it.[3]

Through the haze of dehydration, he remains hopeful that a passing water caravan or kindly stranger will cross his path and give him water,[Non-game 1] as he is capless.[4][5][6] Though he is jaded by his experiences,[7][8] he will be very grateful for any help given.[9][10][11]

Should he survive long enough, he will encounter Rosa Meitner two weeks after the activation of Project Purity. She will give him some of her water; this water, however, will be the death of him. Unbeknownst to her,[12] this water was "blessed" by Atom's fire, nuclear radiation, by the Apostles of the Eternal Light. The entire encounter is witnessed by the Lone Wanderer.[13]

Called himself Brother Gerard. You can find him on the road through Springvale. I don't know if it'll help, but I don't know what else I can do."
