Michael Esper is an American actor best known for his stage work.
In the Fallout TV series, he plays Bud Askins, appearing in episodes "The Ghouls", "The Trap" and "The Beginning", as well as in the promotional series of shorts titled Vault Seller's Survival Guide.
Esper is a long-time fan of the Fallout games, especially of Fallout: New Vegas: "I just feel a really deep connection to that game and those experiences and those hours put in."[1]
