Megan Morse, also known as Megan Parks, is a developer who worked at Obsidian Entertainment on Fallout: New Vegas as an environment artist and world builder.
Work on the Fallout series[]
Parks was responsible for 3D asset, texture and prop creation, as well as world building (planning, layout, decoration, lighting, gameplay flow, navmesh) of various game locations. Parks also assisted with testing and pipeline development of DirectX11 3D techniques.[1]
