| For the heavy weapon mod, see Scope (Fallout 4). |
The medium scope is a weapon mod in Fallout 4.
Effects[]
When equipped on any applicable weapon, it appears with the "Scoped" prefix and a top-mounted scope identical to both the regular and night-vision scope mods. The weapon gains a 6x magnification when aiming down sights, 15% increased transition speed when aiming, and a 20% increase to sighted accuracy at the cost of a -20% decrease to weapon stability and 40% higher AP cost in V.A.T.S. It serves as the tier 2 mod between the short and long scopes.
