Meditations on wind is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Burning Springs update.

Three copies of this note can be found at the Ash Cave:
- One can be found on top of a metal box at the northeastern windmill generator.
- One can be found in a generator shack, on the cliff above the cave area.
- One can be found on a barrel below the guard wall of the southwestern cave area.

"So how, then, are we to supply the power that our arms require? That the soldiers' iron hides demand? How shall we, down to the merest flickers of fusion's light, seize tight our destiny?
I have seen it. I have seen it in a dream.
We must draw from the tumult of the sky itself. From the universal laws of conflict and struggle. The very atmosphere is awash in violence: clashing thunderheads, waves of pressure, and pitiless gale. A perfect, ceaseless tempest of pascal and millibar, eager for the bit.
We will construct machines to harness the wind, to gather and distribute its power. 1009 millibars or lower! Enough to make an anemometer scream!"
