  • Rank 1 is a pre-requisite for building a clinic-type store in allied settlements (in addition to rank 2 of Local Leader).
  • Rank 2 unlocks an alternative option to help Andre Michaud in Far Harbor in the Far Harbor add-on.
  • Rank 4 doubles the rate at which HP and Rads are restored/removed when the respective item is consumed.
