The player may purchase the upgrade for their [[Lucky 38 Presidential Suite]] anytime after obtaining the suite. It can be found in the master bedroom of the suite when purchased. The upgrade provides an additional wardrobe in the master bedroom. The wardrobe is named "Wardrobe 1" in the game, and is located on the left side of the master bedroom when you enter. Additional wardrobes and containers are available for purchase at the Suite Terminal, but it is not yet known if their carrying capacity varies, if limited at all, between them, or if special capacity bonuses are granted for putting clothes in wardrobes, weapons in weapon crates, food in refrigerators, etc.

It is also worth noting that the Suite Terminal that upgrades are purchased at will buy most any item from you, despite the fact that it only sells very few specific items. You can use the terminal to offload goods, or help you out if you can't pay for an upgrade without visiting a merchant. Because of this, it is very easy to purchase every upgrade. it could be used as a storage system with the bonus of getting money when you store items but the only downside is you have to pay more to get your items back.
