Master Picklock is a Perception-based perk in Fallout 76.

In Fallout 76, locked doors and containers require a lockpicking skill ranging from 0 to 3 to attempt lockpicking. When equipped, Picklock increases this skill by 1, as well as increases the range of the 'sweet spot' by 10%.
When equipped with one of the other two lockpicking perk cards, Picklock and Expert Picklock, player characters can attempt to lockpick skill level 2 locks.
With all three perk cards equipped, player characters can attempt to lockpick skill level 3 locks. Duplicate perk cards cannot be equipped to increase the lockpicking skill.
