Marshal is a glowing ghoul who converted to Mormonism in 2253.
Background
The citizens want him to be cast out of the New Canaan community, he is becoming feral. His carer, Jude is dying as he cares for him. He is isolated, but Jude still cares for him and performs daily ceremonies for him.
Interactions with the player character
He begs you to let him go out into the wasteland. He would rather die than watch Jude die as he cares for him. It is up to you to decide what happens.
Appearances
Marshal was going to appear in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios.
