Magnetic Personality is a perk in Fallout 2.

With this perk, the player character can recruit one additional companion, up to a maximum of five. This effectively lowers the Charisma requirement for recruiting purposes by two points. With this perk and 8 points in Charisma, one can get the maximum of five companions at once.
