Doctor Madison was a psychologist with the Responders prior to 2102.
Background[]
Dr. Madison conducted psychological evaluations on the personnel who volunteered for guarding the Scorched Plague quarantine zone at Morgantown Airport, Wyatt Johnson and Olivia P. Henderson, though he was mainly worried about the former.[1] Madison had a habit of storing patients' psych evaluations as text transcriptions for redundancy due to a long string of holotape thefts and subsequent shortage.[2]
