Have an experiment go horribly awry in one of the Big MT's research centers.
Obtaining[]
In the X-8 research center, take a left after you enter. Proceed in this direction until you reach a room with a RobCo console. The player will need to "clear the splicing area" first if other creations have been made prior. Interact with the console, and choose to splice a dog and a lobotomite. A bloody mess will ensue.
