Detailed walkthrough
Begin the quest by interacting with the poster A SHEEPSQUATCH ATE MY BROTHER!, which can be found in multiple places around Lewisburg and were left by a woman named Shelley van Lowe. She was in search of her brother, Calvin van Lowe, who disappeared just before the Great War. It is also possible to start this quest by purchasing the poster from the Atomic Shop and placing it in a C.A.M.P. before interacting with it.
Following the poster leads to Van Lowe Taxidermy to discover additional clues:
