|For other characters named Lydia, see Lydia.|
Like many other Free Staters, Lydia's family survived the Great War in a bunker and continued to live in it for many years after. When Raleigh Clay announced his decision to help rebuild Harpers Ferry, her parents planned to head to Harpers Ferry and help. While her relative Natalie was immediately receptive, Lydia was skeptical and argued with her parents, but eventually warmed to the idea of making a new life outside.
In Harpers Ferry, Lydia was shocked by the state of the town's survivors and the Mire as a whole. She also met De'Andre, a Responder who came to the town to provide aid, and was inspired to volunteer in the town clinic by him. However, she was shaken by their inability to save Conner, who was her age and didn't have the fortune of living out the War in a bunker.
Lydia is mentioned only in Fallout 76.
